The stars of this Qigong project are girls and boys ranging
from 9 - 18 doing the Rainbow Sun Qigong form. "The exciting
thing about this project was working with teachers, parents and
grandparents to create a DVD that could work at home or in the
classroom," says co-producer Drew. The DVD includes a 6
minute introduction to Qigong, 30 minutes of instruction, 25
minutes of Rainbow Sun Qigong form, and mini-Qigong exercises
lasting from 2 - 6 minutes when there isn't time to do the complete
form, like before a test, or to start a class.
