Customer guarantee:     Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with the product you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange for 30 days from shipment. Sorry, shipping & handling costs are nonrefundable.
Return policy:     You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
