Evidence that Changing Water Heals the Body
From The Field by Lynne McTaggart
(Qigong Exercise below that is taught to charge the water of your body which is about 75% or more of your physical composition)

For every one molecule of protein in the average cell, there are ten thousand molecules of water. The protein molecules are bobbing around like a handful of ping pong balls floating in a swimming pool. They do not collide with each other often enough to cause chemical reactions as is the current explanation for body processes. However, if each molecule sends out its own particular frequency which acts like a signature, molecules with matching frequencies would detect the vibration through resonance. Resonance occurs when a tuning fork vibrating at one tone causes another tuning fork of the same pitch to begin vibrating also. It’s like tuning your radio to a particular station.

Studies by Jacques Benveniste showed that cells use low frequency electromagnetic waves to cause chemical reactions. In 1991 in thousands of experiments, he recorded the specific signal of a molecule and played it to a biological system usually sensitive to the molecule. Every time, the biological system acted as if it were interacting with the molecule itself by initiating a biological chain reaction. It seems that molecules communicate with each other using signature frequencies. And through the Zero Point Field, a background of energy that pervades all space, they are able to communicate virtually instantaneously and nonlocally.

More recently, Benveniste exposed water containing calcium to the recorded molecular signal of heparin, an anticoagulant. He added the water to plasma and found that the blood was reluctant to coagulate, just as if he had added heparin itself to the plasma. His research team performed similar tests on five types of human body reactions using recorded signals that were digitally recorded and transported by e-mail or floppy disk. Water molecules apparently polarize around any charged molecule, carrying it’s frequency. Water acts like a recorder by imprinting and carrying the frequency of a molecule even after the molecule is gone. The process can apparently be speeded up by shaking the container as is done in homeopathy preparations.

“So vital is water to the transmission of energy and information that Benveniste’s own studies actually demonstrate that molecular signals cannot be transmitted in the body unless you do so in the medium of water. This suggests that water, as the natural medium of all cells, acts as the essential conductor of a molecule’s signature frequency in all biological processes and that water molecules organize themselves to form a pattern on which can be imprinted wave information. If Benveniste is right, water not only sends the signal, but also amplifies it.”

In other experiments, Benveniste found a woman who was somehow able to cancel the molecular signals in a tube of homeopathic granules. He suspected she was emitting some kind of signal wave or electromagnetic field that was blocking the signal of the granules. She was acting as a frequency scrambler.

Qigong Exercise – Kidney energy is the water element of the body!
by Ellie Drew

In the above excerpt I put into italics that "The process can apparently be speeded up by shaking the container as is done in homeopathy preparations." In Qigong (Chi Kung) there is an exercise (included in the Rainbow Sun Qigong DVD's) called Kidney Qigong, sometimes called "Jumping up and down to relieve 10,000 sicknesses!" It is traditionally done for at least 2 minutes.

How to: Get into a good standing posture (feet parallel shoulder width apart, knees soft, spine elongated, shoulders relaxed, with a happy feeling your attention is centered within to the central channel, and down to lower Dan Tien – lower belly) and begin to drop down onto your heels very quickly – boom, boom, boom, boom, very quickly. Shoulders and jaw are relaxed. Continuing the happy feeling begin to feel/see/visualize/imagine your body in perfect health and any other positive thoughts you want at this time. Pour in feelings of well-being, gratitude to your body. One of my Qigong students does this first thing in the morning when she puts her water into the microwave for 2 minutes for her morning green tea. It's her Kidney Qigong timer!

• The attention of the mind in an attitude of gratitude charges the molecules of the body toward wellness – as the excerpt of the book above stated.
• Striking the heel to the ground strengthens the bones, particularly where older people break their hip bones – research in the 90's confirms this.
• Striking the heels to the ground strengthens the connective tissue holding the internal organs in place, and shakes out the stagnant energies in all the yin organs, particularly the Kidney, which is why this is most known as a kidney exercise.
